Refund Policy
Within India:
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We accept returns for eligible items within this 15-day period. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
Outside India:
Currently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders. All sales made outside India are final.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make necessary arrangements to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders, personalized products), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For the quickest way to get the item you want, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, please provide your bank account details via email. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
