At Jompers, we strive to deliver your orders in the best condition and as quickly as possible. As a special offer, we provide free doorstep delivery on all orders as an inaugural gift. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 working days from the order date.

In case of cancellation, loss, or non-delivery, we guarantee a full refund, including shipping charges. However, cash on delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you decide to return an order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you choose to self-ship your returns, we will reimburse the return shipping cost in accordance with our returns policy.
